I worked with a graphic designer to create visually engaging graphics that actively conveyed Legacy Health's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Our goal was to raise awareness of DEI initiatives and values among employees and the broader community, and we reflected the groups they celebrated in our designs. To ensure representation, I partnered with our Employee Resource Groups, creating a flexible and modern design system for various deliverables while being open to including additional designs as Legacy added more DEI celebration months.

The graphics had a far-reaching impact, actively fostering a more inclusive and welcoming culture within the company. Our team received positive employee and community feedback for their representation and inclusivity. We used these graphics across our digital platforms to celebrate the contributions of underrepresented communities, actively spreading our values and mission to a broader audience.
