When I joined Legacy Health, we had six outdated PowerPoint templates inconsistent with the current branding. After the pandemic hit, we needed an updated, more robust presentation template. I recommended updating the template to reflect current branding, expanding the number of slide templates, and including instructions on each slide for proper use. We also combined the PPT template, Who We Are PPT, and other infographics into one document for ease of use. The result was a simple, clean PowerPoint template that made presentations easier for employees to merge, decreased requests for customized slides, and served as a one-stop shop for all presentation needs.
