Creative.
Leader.

Strategic.

Hi, I’m Amy - Creative Ops Nerd, Systems Whisperer, and Maker of Order from Chaos.

With 14+ years of experience in creative services and operations, I specialize in building the systems, processes, and environments that help creative teams thrive - on time, on brand, and without burning out.

I’ve led creative operations at Salesforce, Legacy Health, Harley-Davidson, and Nike - scaling teams, streamlining workflows, and empowering people to do their best work. My portfolio spans everything from launching and maintaining Canva libraries, to developing robust PowerPoint templates, creating campaign-specific brand systems (like DEI Month wordmarks and graphics), and rolling out video branding guidelines. Whether I’m optimizing intake flows, supporting AI-powered storytelling tools, or aligning cross-functional teams, I thrive at the intersection of structure and creativity, where strategy meets execution.

Some of my proudest accomplishments include:

  • Reducing project intake time by 50% through smarter workflow design at Legacy Health

  • Revamping brand tools and assets—Canva libraries, logos, and templates—that empower teams to move faster and stay on brand

  • Leading the transition from Canva to Adobe Express for global teams as part of a scalable brand enablement initiative

I believe great creative operations is about more than process - it’s about people. I care deeply about building happy, motivated teams and creating environments where creativity can flourish without chaos. I’m a hands-on leader, a fierce advocate for thoughtful innovation, and usually the one dropping a Lucidchart into Slack before anyone asks for one.

Outside of work, I channel my creativity into learning new crafts (currently sewing my own wardrobe!) and planning my next travel adventure - whether it’s visiting friends or a trip overseas.
