Motorcycle Color Chart

Designed and managed a dealer-facing color reference chart to support upcoming motorcycle model launches. The chart was distributed ahead of new model launches to help dealers understand available paint options, plan inventory orders, and guide customer conversations with a more accurate visual reference than photography alone.

I project-managed this initiative over multiple years, partnering cross-functionally to refine the format, improve accuracy, and streamline the production process. Each release incorporated learnings from prior model years, resulting in clearer information flow and a more reliable reference for dealers to use with customers.

Over time, these refinements reduced rework and avoided unnecessary reprints, improving efficiency and cost control across new model years.
