Project Tier Decision Tree

To help Creative Services better prioritize and categorize incoming work, I developed a Project Tier Level Decision Tree that clarified how different types of requests should be handled based on scope, complexity, and organizational impact.

The decision tree provided a consistent way for both requestors and the team to assess the tier of a project, which informed resourcing, expectations, and service level planning. By structuring projects into defined tiers, the team gained a shared language for prioritization and more predictable planning, reducing ambiguity and improving alignment across stakeholders.

I designed the decision tree to be easy to apply, visually clear, and flexible enough to evolve with the team’s needs. It became a reference point for intake conversations and helped streamline discussions around resourcing and timelines.
